Shipping and returns

Shipping

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Engraved pieces. Each piece is engraved to order in the US in 3–5 business days, then shipped by standard mail, which usually takes 2–5 business days. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks.

Hair jewelry and gifts. These ship from our fulfillment partner within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks. If you order an engraved piece and hair jewelry together, they arrive in separate packages.

Tracking. You'll get an email with a tracking link as each package ships.

Holidays. For delivery before December 25, please order by December 10.

Rates. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns

Engraved pieces. Every engraved piece is made to order with the words you choose, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for spelling you approved at checkout. If your piece arrives damaged, defective or engraved differently from your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll remake it or refund you in full.

Hair jewelry and gifts. You can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Contact us to start a return and we'll send instructions. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Damaged or missing. If anything arrives damaged, or a package hasn't arrived within 3 weeks of shipping, contact us and we'll make it right.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
