Timeframe: Please return the product within 16 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this time period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Purchase order number: Please provide your Purchase Order number, which you received when placing your order. This helps us track your purchase and streamline the return process. Once we verify eligibility for return (according to our Return Policy), we will issue a Return Authorization Number. Detailed return instructions will accompany this number.
Reimbursement process: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement. Some payment providers may process refunds faster, while others may take more time.
